Our training and exercises in the fields of security and emergency preparation isn't just about theory and practical exercise.

 

It is our job to make sure our students leave the course prepared for what they may encounter. Many of our students have no background in security or disaster preparation. We teach the students to act and react in an effective manner in emergencies to reach our goals of preventing incidents and saving lives.

Shalom Oz (Uziel) is a professional and experienced instructor for 35 years. During the years he has gained knowledge and experience and has proven himself as a guide and a coach who knows how to captivate his students, to help them and promote them to the desired result. These unique capabilities integrated with the training methods at Korpus College include:

  • A deep understanding of the procedure the students are experiencing during the course, the ability to understand each students capabilities and resources, and identifying and removing the barriers students experience

  • The ability to understand the needs and difficulties of the individual students

  • Working with individuals in a non-homogeneous group, while reducing performance gaps and teaching all staff to react to both routine and emergency situations effectively.

  • Working with students to identify the qualities that will achieve a successful outcome

  • Knowledge and experience to implement learning materials in proper stages
